Email Alerts/Notifications

Staff and managers can receive e-mail notifications and alerts based on many of the company intranet modules.

✔ Email Staff when Tasks are Assigned to them
✔ Email Staff when Tasks are Due
✔ Email Alerts to Managers that are Monitoring Tasks or specific Intranet pages
✔ Notify individual staff or departments when new documents or updates have been published on the Company Portal

Email notifications simply contain a link to the page on the Intranet, this prevents documents floating around in staff e-mails. This could drastically reduce the amount of time your team wastes on monitoring inboxes and wading through useless or long e-mail threads.
